The Darling Downs South West First Nations Business Expo has grown to become the largest event on the Indigenous Business Month calendar for our region. Created to provide a culturally safe space where First Nations businesses can be seen, celebrated, and supported, the Expo now attracts entrepreneurs, community, industry, and government from across Queensland.
Led by a collaborative working group of First Nations community representatives, and government partners, the Expo shines a light on innovation, creativity, and resilience within our communities. By showcasing local success stories, creating pathways for growth, and fostering genuine partnerships, the event continues to build stronger opportunities for First Nations businesses to thrive and shape the future of the Darling Downs South West.
The Darling Downs and South West First Nations Business Expo will take place on Tuesday, 14 October 2025 at the Armitage Centre and Empire Theatre Gardens, Toowoomba. Attendance is FREE, but registration is essential to secure your place.
From the vibrant Marketplace Garden showcasing local products and services, to interactive traditional games that bring culture to life, the Expo offers something for everyone.
